Mediterraneancuisine is a specific culture carrying out all components needed for healthy life prepared with olive oil, spices, souces, vegetables, local herbs, marine fishery, fruits and desserts.

Our guests stay in Mel’s boutique hotel where is located in Yaka Village in a gorgeous natural and historical environment and take advantage of her mastership and experience. Traditional Mediterranean cooking styles, presentation, choosing material, preparing and developing foods are to be subjects of workshops during programme. Off course, another advantage is nutrition with only healthy, natural and organic food which is like a cure for reconditioning of cells…

A charming and informal guest house at the foot of Tauros Mountain range, in a little farming village called Yaka -Tlos near Fethiye. A relaxed atmosphere, surrounded with panoramic view of the mountains and valley below.

Comfortable, cozy eight rooms are carpeted and built in country cottage style with stone and timber.
Large garden, swimming pool, children play area, out door and indoor bar& restaurant with log fire.

Ideal location for hiking, mountaineering, canyoning, bird watching, visiting the archeological sites , flora, Photography , getting to know rural local life or chill out under sun by our pool.

Your host Mel uses the fresh local product and ingredients, cooks and serves evening meals personally,

Day 2:   Visit Tlos Ancient Lycian City in the morning. Cooking workshop with Mel in the   
              afternoon.  (Seasonal vegetable starters & courses) 
Day 3:   Visit to Saklıkent Gorge – free time
Day 4:   Walking to explore flora and local herbs in the morning. Cooking workshop with Mel in
              the afternoon.(starters and courses with local herbs)
Day 5:   Visit to Yakapark - free time
Day 6:   Visit to Kemer Bazaar. Cooking workshop with Mel in the afternoon.(starters and     
              courses with olive oil)
Day 7:   Party time... (Cooking completion and ceremony for certificates)
